Abstract
In order to study the dynamic performance of the higher-speed inner axle box bogie, the rolling vibration mechanics test of the higher-speed inner axle box bogie is carried out on the test rig. Through the simulation calculation of the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK, the stability of the hunting stability, the running stability and the difference of the suspension natural frequency of the car body and the bogie frame are analyzed. The results show that the linear critical speed of the built-in axle box bogie is greater than 600km/h; there is little difference between the simulation and test results of the lateral acceleration, lateral stability, comfort index and natural frequency of the frame end, which fully shows the superiority of the dynamic performance of the built-in axle box bogie and the accuracy of the model. It can provide theoretical support and reference for the dynamic simulation research of the built-in axle box of high-speed train.
