Abstract
There is a large roaring noise in a certain type of vehicle while driving, which has a bad influence on the comfort of the driver and passengers, and has a bad influence on the sales and use of the vehicle. In order to find out the cause, the signal acquisition and frequency analysis of the car's sound are performed and the vibration characteristics of the transmission system are measured. It can be seen that the vibration characteristics of the final reducer cause roaring noise in the vehicle interior. In order to change the vibration characteristics of the final reducer, adjusting the parameters of the clutch and the stiffness of the suspension of the final reducer can achieve good implementation results, and can greatly reduce the roar noise inside the vehicle. These results greatly improves the comfort performance of the whole vehicle, and provides a reference solution for the roaring noise problem of other vehicles.
