In the container sea-rail intermodal transport port, the railroad container center station is an important connection point between railroad transport and waterway transport, and its operation efficiency will affect the transport quality, the comprehensive efficiency and service level of railroad container transport network and multimodal transport system. In view of the current problems of unbalanced operation resource scheduling and slow container transfer speed in the sea-rail intermodal transportation, the flexible mixed loading and unloading mode of "rail crane - container truck" and "rail crane - yard" is proposed. Considering the constraints such as the interference between rail crane and container truck operation and the safety distance between different rail cranes, the flexible hybrid loading and unloading model of multiple rail cranes is established with the objective of minimizing the maximum completion time of rail cranes, and a forbidden search algorithm is designed to solve the problem according to its characteristics. In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the proposed flexible hybrid loading and unloading model, experiments are conducted using the taboo search algorithm and the traditional genetic algorithm at different scales of arithmetic cases, and comparative analysis is performed with the traditional loading and unloading model. The results show that the taboo search algorithm outperforms the genetic algorithm in terms of calculation results and calculation time, while the flexible hybrid scheduling mode outperforms the traditional fixed loading and unloading mode in terms of shortening the unloading operation time and equalizing the workload between multiple rail cranes. This hybrid loading mode and algorithm can provide an efficient and intelligent solution for railroad container transfer stations and similar transfer centers.
