Abstract
Global warming has decimated Arctic sea ice, making much of the Arctic navigable in the summer. It is self-evident that the opening of the Arctic shipping route is beneficial to our shipping industry. Therefore, this paper takes the Northeast Passage as the research object, divides it into five sections, selects indexes from meteorological, hydrological and geographical environment, establishes an evaluation index system, uses entropy weight method to determine the weights, and finally builds an extension cloud model to evaluate and study the navigation environment of the Northeast Passage. And the navigation environment of the five sections is ranked.
