Abstract
In recent years, the development of Digital Earth technology, has been from the ground digital space digital expansion. With the increase of the number of spacecraft in orbit and the increase of its lifetime, the interference and collision risk of non-cooperative targets bring great challenges to the safe and stable operation of spacecraft in space. In order to adapt to the new development demand, improve the intelligent monitoring and early warning level of spacecraft in orbit, and improve the space integrated management and control ability, the paper puts forward the construction of the spacecraft orbit monitoring and early warning system based on digital earth. The system takes the digital earth as the bottom platform, based on the space, ground and sea data information, carries on the data extraction, the fusion and the mining, the realization of the functions of number management, situation presentation, evasive handling and requirement planning of the space spacecraft will greatly enhance the level of intelligence and automation of the on-orbit Operation Management and rapid emergency detection of the spacecraft, it provides guarantee for safe and reliable operation of spacecraft in orbit.
