Abstract
With the integration and development of industrialization and informatization, the network security risk of industrial control system is constantly upgrading. This paper analyzes the possible threats to the industrial control system and also analyze the shortcomings of existing solutions. According to the actual needs of the industrial control system, DCS Secure Communication scheme based on the National cipher algorithm is proposed, which can realize integrity detection, encrypted transmission of data between stations and other functions. The encryption and decryption runtime library and key management system are developed. The experimental results based on actual engineering project show that the security of real-time data transmission is improved while ensuring the real-time and stability of DCS. The secure Communication Scheme has been successfully applied to a real power plant DCS .
