Abstract
Electric vehicles play an increasingly important role in the automobile industry, and electro-hydraulic compound feedback braking is one of the contents that need to be further studied. Its purpose is to fully recover braking energy on the basis of ensuring vehicle braking stability, so as to improve vehicle energy economy. At present, no breakthrough has been made in battery energy storage technology. Automobile braking can be used as supplementary energy of batteries, and the driving range of electric vehicles is a key problem to be solved urgently. In this paper, the intelligent energy feedback system for electric vehicle braking is designed based on fuzzy control algorithm, and the electro-hydraulic composite braking force distribution fuzzy controller with feedback braking ratio as output is analyzed, and the constraint conditions and control strategy in energy feedback braking are analyzed, and the constant torque energy feedback braking control is selected as the control strategy of this paper. Through the simulation comparison of fuzzy control strategy, the model of intelligent energy feedback braking system for electric vehicle braking is built with the fuzzy controller as the control core. Through simulation, it can be seen that the proposed constant torque fuzzy control strategy can realize energy feedback braking and achieve ideal results.
