Abstract
As an indispensable equipment intelligent manufacturing production line, industrial robots are an important symbol of realizing the intelligence of production lines and play an important supporting role in accelerating industrial automation production. In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency, low degree of automation and complex production lines of traditional production lines, taking the manipulator in the production line as the research object, based on the conceptual design and control simulation technology of mechatronics, the twin drive theory was analyzed and refined. The manipulator drive control program was written, and the virtual simulation of the manipulator driven by data was carried out through signal mapping connection. Based on virtual design and simulation technology, combined with the production line operation process and data-driven manipulator model, the logical operation relationship of the production line simulation model was established. By setting parameters such as sensors and motion control signals, the working state of the intelligent manufacturing production line was simulated, and the automatic assembly process of pen holder was realized.
