Abstract
For the fast-steering mirror system used for beam pointing control, in order to ensure that the fast-steering mirror can work stably under high bandwidth, this paper proposes a design method of the current loop drive system for fast steering mirror. The performance of the proposed method is verified experimentally. In the proposed design method, the current loop control is realized with hardware circuit, which ensures the stability of the fast-steering mirror system under high bandwidth conditions. Linear amplifier is used to meet the requirements of low ripple and high accuracy. In the design, both simulation and experiments are carried out. The hardware parameters are obtained through software simulation, and the parameters are adjusted through experimental test to achieve the ideal state. The experimental results show that the drive circuit system based on hardware current loop control can achieve accurate current control performance with high bandwidth and low ripple, which meet the requirements of high-speed response and stable control of the fast-steering mirror.
