Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of flashbang agent designing, this paper choses the uniform design method and adopts color purity as the assessment index. Firstly, analyzing the influence of each factor level on the endpoint effect of the sample based on the single-factor test; then, the formula is further optimized by a uniform design test scheme. The results show that: (1) It is feasible to design the green flashbang agent formula by uniform design method; (2) The results of single-factor test show that the color purity indicate a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the change of component content; (3) From the uniform design test scheme of U6(64 ), when the proportion of each component in the system is Ba(NO3)2:KClO4:Mg4Al3:(C2H3Cl)n=47%:19%:19%:15%, the color purity is the best.
