Abstract
Semiconductor refrigeration chip itself Perl paste effect can not only cooling, but also heating. However, in the past in the practical application or for heating or for refrigeration. In this paper, the semiconductor refrigeration chip Peltier effect of the heating and cooling function of the integrated design, proposed the use of semiconductor refrigeration chip heating surface heat generated by the heat surface heating of marine equipment in contact with seawater, so that the temperature reaches 36 °C to 46 °C, is no longer suitable for the marine fouling organisms (especially barnacles) of the adhesion and survival, to achieve the self-cleaning of the equipment. At the same time, it utilizes its other cooling surface to condense and collect the moist air generated by the self-evaporation of seawater. An integrated simulation device for self-cleaning and desalination of marine equipment was fabricated, and feasibility experiments were conducted to verify the device. The experiment shows that the power consumption of the device is only 0.179 KW/h when it works at 6.0 v, and a total of 33 ml of water is produced in one hour of continuous work, and the temperature of the heating surface always meets the requirements for cleaning and pollution. The device simultaneously utilizes the hot and cold sides of the semiconductor refrigeration chip, which not only greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the refrigeration chip, but also multi-purpose, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
