Abstract
At present, the distribution network planning system of the distribution network only supports planners to query the network frame structure and equipment. There is a lack of a set of methods to evaluate the reliability of the distribution network frame based on the CIM model, resulting in low planning efficiency, the inability to accurately evaluate the reliability under different wiring modes, and the difficulty of deeply improving the digitization of the distribution network planning system. This paper proposes a practical calculation method for the reliability of the distribution network based on the CIM model, which is the key link to realizing the digitization and automation of distribution network planning. First of all, the CIM data structure derived from the distribution network planning system is analyzed. On this basis, the component model for reliability calculation, the acquisition and estimation of key parameters of component-level reliability are defined. Then three reliability calculation methods, such as fault consequence analysis method, minimum circuit algorithm and Monte Carlo algorithm, are introduced. The reliability calculation results under different wiring modes and the calculation efficiency of different reliability evaluation algorithms are compared and analyzed.
