Abstract
Based on the total life cycle theory, this paper constructs a carbon cost accounting model for equipment and a transmission and distribution pricing model that takes into account the carbon cost sharing, and based on this, by combining the theoretical transmission and distribution pricing methods for various types of users at different voltage levels, and by drawing on the spread method to measure the proportion and scale of carbon cost cross-subsidies shared by industrial and commercial users to residential and agricultural users, it finally puts forward a transmission and distribution price pricing method that takes into account the carbon cost.
