Abstract
It is a feasible attempt to use drones to deliver some precious agricultural products (such as matsutake,) in mountainous, rural or plateau areas. And how to plan a safe and feasible trajectory for drones is the key. Therefore, this article focuses on the path planning problem of drones in three-dimensional (3D) mountainous environments, aiming to improve the efficiency of drone delivery of agricultural products. Firstly, a corresponding 3D map was established based on the mountainous environment. Furthermore, a digital twin model of the logistics drone was established based on the maximum load limit, maximum turning angle, maximum pitch angle, and other limitations. A multi-objective mathematical model was established based on the objective function of drone transportation of fresh agricultural products, aiming to shorten delivery time while improving the safety of drone flight. The fire-fly algorithm (FA) is affected by the mobile strategy in the process of optimization, so it is easy to fall into local optimization when dealing with large-scale optimization problems such as UAV path planning. Therefore, combined with the optimization strategy of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, this paper designs an improved heuristic algorithm, the improved Firefly algorithm (IFA). Finally, a simulation experiment was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
