Abstract
In recent years, emergencies occur frequently in China. In order to better protect the safety interests of the affected people and improve the level of emergency management, this paper puts forward a more specific and advantageous path planning method compared with the past. Focus on material distribution in smaller areas after a disaster. Taking the time spent in the rescue process and the urgency of each rescue point as indicators, the emergency path planning model is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to verify the solution. Take Jiuzhaigou area in Sichuan province as an example to see the feasibility of the method.
