Abstract
The loss of containers at sea not only causes serious economic losses, but also causes varying degrees of pollution to the accident area. However, there is a lack of detailed research on the causes of container falling into the sea accidents; Therefore, in order to better understand the causes of such accidents, this article will use 50 reports of container accidents that occurred in different regions as samples, and the 24 model is used to obtain the influencing factors of container falling into the sea accidents; Then establish evaluation indicators for the influencing factors of container falling into the sea accidents, use Analytic Hierarchy Process and Coefficient of Variation method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the relevant factors, obtain the subjective and objective weights of different factors, and then calculate the combined weights. The ultimate conclusion is that the factors that have the highest impact on these accidents are individual and management factors. Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of such accidents, it is necessary to control human behaviors and continuously improve the safety management system.
