Abstract
Industrial structure refers to a series of economic activities that, within a certain space, play a certain role in promoting economic development and can have a certain impact on other industries. It is closely related to scientific and technological innovation, technological progress, etc. In the process of China’s economic development, the issue of industrial structure has always been one of the important factors restricting economic development. The purpose of this paper is to study scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure optimization and upgrading based on the improvement of KNN-DPC algorithm. On this basis, this paper proposes an improved algorithm KNN-DPC algorithm, which uses second-order recursion to maintain approximately linear motion between the input model and the vector generated by the objective function, and then combines the weight matrix solution method to obtain the equation and correct it. Finally, the purpose of improving the prediction effect and convergence speed of the model is achieved. In turn, this problem is solved so that the input result is consistent with the output, that is, the optimal solution state is obtained under the same circumstances. This algorithm is used to model and analyze some urban spatial variables in spatial statistics, combined with the analysis of the country’s own scientific and technological innovation capabilities and industrial structure in recent years, to provide a decision-making basis for industrial technology development.
