Abstract
Due to the risk of transmitting status data of lithium-ion battery energy storage power stations, it is difficult to achieve ideal safety monitoring and warning effects. Therefore, a wireless sensor network-based active safety monitoring and warning system for lithium-ion battery energy storage power stations is proposed. Set the STC12C5A60S2 chip, DS18B20 electrical acquisition device, and ATT7022 electrical data acquisition device as system hardware. A transmission mechanism based on the SimpliciTI network in wireless transmission networks has been constructed to achieve real-time monitoring of the status of lithium-ion battery energy storage power stations, and accurate warning of abnormal states is achieved through equivalent circuit models. In the test results, the monitoring error of SOC sorting power distribution during the discharge stage of the lithium-ion battery energy storage power station is the smallest, with the most stable within ± 1.5MW. The deviation of the warning results for voltage fluctuation amplitude is stable within 0.05%.
