Abstract
In order to address the evaluation of the interactive operation of adjustable resources across the entire network for real-time regulation and operation of big data at the provincial, local, and distribution levels, this paper proposes a priority evaluation system for active distribution network dynamic scheduling under the premise of multi-objective and multifactorial factors. Firstly, a detailed analysis was conducted on the sources of scheduling costs for four types of schedulable resources, as well as the scheduling potential of these resources. Secondly, the concept of credit is introduced to characterize the completion status of response subjects participating in scheduling within a certain period of time, and power supply capacity evaluation indicators are introduced to quantify the schedulable potential of schedulable resources. Based on this weight value and each indicator value, the schedulable potential of various schedulable resources is quantified, and the scheduling priority for each scheduling period is established. Finally, based on the evaluation results of scheduling priority, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the multi-objective optimization scheduling model of the active distribution network, verifying the effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper in reducing the scheduling cost of the active distribution network, improving the consumption of renewable energy, and improving the satisfaction of users participating in electricity scheduling.
