Abstract
Under the overall goal of "double carbon", the new power system is an important part of realizing "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality". The double-height characteristics of the new power system lead to many risks in the operation and control of the power system compared with the traditional methods. It is an inevitable trend for the new power system to realize the transformation of power transmission and transformation projects into digitalization and intelligence under complex operating conditions and multi-source control. Through the three-dimensional digitalization technology with high precision, high fidelity and multi-dimensional data fusion, the basic requirements of the new power system for equipment operation and maintenance can be more effectively realized. This paper introduces the basic characteristics of the operation and control of the new power system and the general situation of the application of 3D digitalization of power transmission and transformation, and puts forward two prospects for the 3D digitalization technology under the background of the new power system. Finally, it illustrates the 3D digitalization application of power transmission and transformation engineering by taking the research on 3D cable laying modeling of substation with high fidelity and multidimensional data fusion as an example.
