Abstract
The 10kV overhead distribution network is currently the main backbone of China's power grid. In actual distribution network operation, the fault rate at the power connection point is high, resulting in significant operation and maintenance costs. One reason for the failure of Parallel Groove Clamps connection is the inability to achieve synchronous locking of bolts. At present, Parallel Groove Clamps mainly rely on manual installation and tightening, resulting in difficulty in achieving consistent axial preload between the two bolts, reducing the reliability of Parallel Groove Clamps. In order to reduce the differences caused by the installation process, this article conducts research on the automatic installation method of Parallel Groove Clamps and proposes a new remote control electric installation method: using a cage like structure to achieve the fixation of tools and parallel groove clamps; Determine the top-down installation and bottom-up detachment path of Parallel Groove Clamps, complete the locking and unlocking structure design of parallel groove clamps, and achieve fast and reliable tightening of parallel groove clamp bolts. And test and verify the functions of each module in the simulated installation operation. Practice has proven that the remote control electric installation tool of the parallel trench clamp can be improved compared to manual installation tools More than 51.87% higher work efficiency, and the installation results are not limited by the physical strength of the operators.
