Abstract
In order to improve the protective performance of onboard radar, a new type of automated protective device has been proposed; By analyzing the principle of the protective device mechanism, the kinematic analysis equation of the driving linkage mechanism was established, and the position, velocity, and acceleration equations of the key nodes of the linkage mechanism were obtained. The transmission efficiency equation of the oil cylinder drive was obtained through transmission angle analysis; Based on the analysis results, a genetic algorithm was used to simulate and optimize the protective device with the goals of motion smoothness and transmission efficiency. Combined with engineering practice, the comprehensive optimal mechanism form was obtained, and a principle prototype was established based on the optimization results for verification experiments, providing theoretical guidance for radar camouflage protection design.
