Abstract
This study focuses on a certain type of radar leveling leg as the research object. In order to address the problem of inability to meet design and usage requirements in actual use, the influence of hydraulic motor model, oil supply temperature, starting torque, etc. on the performance of radar leveling leg is comprehensively considered. The main performance parameters of hydraulic motor and leveling leg are measured and analyzed through hydraulic motor testing bench and leveling leg testing bench. Different displacement hydraulic motors, oil temperature, and other factors are compared and analyzed. The influence of oil type on the starting torque and leg thrust of hydraulic motors, and the analysis of the impact of hydraulic motor performance on leg performance. The research results show that compared with hydraulic motor 1, hydraulic motor 2 has a significant reduction in starting torque, which is directly related to the temperature and viscosity of the oil supply; Increasing the displacement of the hydraulic motor can effectively increase the starting torque, and the improved hydraulic motor 3 basically meets the design and usage requirements.
