Abstract
With the development of switching power supply towards high frequency, the conducted EMI interference is more and more serious, especially the common mode conducted EMI. Digital active EMI Filter (DAEF) is a new type of EMI filter proposed in recent years. Based on the traditional digital EMI filter, this paper proposes a new kind of digital active EMI filter with repetition controller. The compensation algorithm takes repetition controller as the core, and it has high gain in fundamental frequency and frequency doubling. The filter is composed of sampling network, discrete compensation system and injection network. The discrete compensation system is realized by FPGA. In this paper, the digital active EMI filter with repetitive controller is modeled and designed. The Bode diagram of the entire closed-loop DAEF system is analyzed by Simulink tool. Finally, an experimental platform is built to test the common mode conducted interference. The experimental results show that the DAEF with repetitive controller attenuates 5-10db more than the traditional DAEF with reverse-phase proportional control, which shows that the new compensation algorithm has better EMI suppression function.
