Abstract
In order to further improve the transportation capacity of belt conveyor and solve the power imbalance problem of multi-motor-driven belt conveyor in practical application, on the basis of analyzing the basic structure of multi-motor-driven belt conveyor and the requirements of power balance control system, the hardware and software design of power balance control system is completed in detail respectively, and the simulation analysis is used to verify that the designed power balance controller is effective in evenly distributing the power of multi-motors. The designed power balance controller is used to verify the effect of uniform power distribution of multi-motor, and the ideal conclusion is obtained.
