Abstract
Ensuring the safety has become an important concern with the increasing construction of deep foundation pits in urban areas. To address this, an automatic monitoring instrument with high precision and low power consumption is designed to monitor the support system of steel sheet piles with inner support. However, the accuracy of the collected monitoring data is limited in complex construction sites, and there is no suitable data filtering scheme for this instrument. To solve this issue, a new automatic monitoring data filtering and optimization strategy is developed, which combines statistical methods and artificial intelligence supervised learning algorithms, such as the Lomnaofski norm, Mann-Kendall test, BOX-COX transformation, Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN), and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Using the Monte Carlo method, the experimental results show that the proposed strategy can effectively filter out abnormal measurements and improve the accuracy and reliability of the observed data from the automatic monitoring instrument. This strategy offers a promising solution for improving the safety and efficiency of deep foundation pit construction and can be a reference for other automated monitoring instruments.
