Abstract
With the continuous development of deep learning technologies, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) have become one of the core technologies in the field of image processing and pattern recognition. As a basic problem in computer vision, digit recognition plays an important role in automatic document processing, mail sorting and other applications. This paper aims to explore the performance of CNN model based on PyTorch framework in handwritten digit recognition task, and analyze the influence of its design parameters on recognition accuracy. The experimental results show that the proposed network architecture has superior recognition capability on MNIST data set, and provides a reliable technical reference for further research.
