Abstract
In today's era of advancement, the significance of digital technology and data resources in government governance has escalated. This article introduces the CNTM model, which stands as a novel topic model incorporating convolutional neural network (CNN) and long short-term memory network (LSTM). It can effectively model topic discovery and topic evolution in information networks. First, the CNTM model achieves in-depth representation of topics in information networks by integrating the advantages of CNN and LSTM and combining text content and network structure information. Secondly, the CNTM model can use topic model learning to predict and analyze the process and results of information dissemination, helping government agencies understand the evolution trends of social public opinion and public topics, and respond and intervene in a timely manner. To maximize the impact of the CNTM model in digital governance, this paper enhances its structure and algorithm, aiming to enhance its capability in processing extensive network data. It also optimizes the model parameters to improve the accuracy of topic discovery and information dissemination prediction. To sum up, the CNTM model, as a new topic model based on CNN and LSTM, demonstrates a powerful mechanism and optimization strategy in digital governance, provides effective information tools for government agencies, and promotes the intelligence and precise development of digital governance.
