Abstract
Metro is an important part of rail transport, has become an indispensable mode of transport for people's daily travel, with the increasing mileage and capacity, the use of metro vehicles has become a more complex and harsher environment, resulting in the fatigue failure of the metro frame is more and more prominent. This paper takes the fatigue failure of a certain underground as an example, and introduces the modal modification method based on sensitivity analysis when analysing its fatigue life, and carries out vibration and fatigue analysis on the underground frame. The calculation results show that the sensitivity correction method can effectively reduce the error between the simulation model modal and the constructed object, so as to calculate the fatigue life of the frame more accurately.
