Abstract
Langfang International Commercial Trade Logistics Port, a key part of the Daxing International Airport economic zone, plays a vital role in supporting airport airside resources. This study aims to promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by integrating regional and international resources and driving innovation in the logistics industry, positioning the logistics port as a new engine for regional growth. The research clarifies the core concept, characteristics, and planning theory of airport logistics ports. Key factors such as policy orientation, geographical location, industrial structure, and transport networks are analyzed through detailed investigation. A high-precision logistics flow prediction model, using methods like the entropy weight method, gravity model, and GM (1,1)-Markov model, provides accurate forecasts for 2025 and 2030. Core functional areas including cold chain logistics, cross-border logistics, high-tech equipment logistics, and express logistics are identified, and their areas are estimated based on predicted flow rates. The relationships between these functional areas are also analyzed. By integrating the improved Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method with the ant colony optimization, and considering actual land use for the logistics port, a precise layout plan for Langfang International Commercial Trade Logistics Port is developed and evaluated.
