Abstract

High-definition maps (HD maps) are crucial for the development of autonomous driving and intelligent transportation technologies. However, the numerous and complex regulations related to HD maps present significant challenges for map production and review personnel when querying and understanding these regulations. Additionally, different interpretations of the same regulation by various individuals can affect the efficiency of data processing and application. To address these issues, this study is based on relevant Chinese standards and regulations, and establishes a Knowledge Graph for High-Definition Map Review Standards (KGMRS) through entity extraction and knowledge integration processes, incorporating expert experience. KGMRS is stored in a Neo4j graph database, enabling structured management and rapid querying of regulatory texts. Based on this research, a knowledge-guided, algorithm-based automatic map review application framework for HD maps is proposed, aiming to enhance the automation level of map data review. The results show that KGMRS significantly improves the query efficiency and utilization rate of high-definition navigation electronic map standards, markedly enhancing data standardization. The outcomes of this study provide strong support for the development of intelligent transportation systems.
