Abstract
With the increasingly high requirements of electronic products on the reliability of electrical equipment and the gradual development and wide application of crimping connection technology, this paper systematically introduces the crimping method, technical requirements and inspection standards of cord end terminals in cable assembly crimping from the aspects of the comparison of crimping and welding technology and crimping process of cable assembly. At the same time, an example of common terminal crimping is given to provide engineering reference for cord end terminal crimping process in subsequent cable assembly crimping, in order to improve product reliability, reduce production costs, and further improve product quality.
