Abstract

We report a FIR photoelectrical study of shallow acceptors in seraimagnetic p-Hg_1-x-yCd_xMn_yTe (0,02≤X≤0,22 .0,04≤Y≤ 0,12) alloys. Acceptor concentration in the samples deduced from Hall coefficient, was in the lange (2-3,5) x 10¹⁴cm^-3.
