Abstract
Twenty-three cases of anterior capsular aftercataracts after implantation of the intraocular lens in the posterior chamber have been treated by a Nd:YAG laser. Afteroperatively, visions of those patients who had serious visual obstacles have been improved very obviously, and the curative effect is good. No damage on the intraocular lens.
