Abstract
In the federal state of Lower Saxony permanent working reference stations have been established by the survey administration. In cooperation with the survey administration of Lower Saxony a test block, which also shall be used for production pruposes, was flown with a photo scale 1:7900, 60% sidelap and some crossing strips. The block is completely controlled by points with a standard deviation of +/- 2 cm in all 3 components. An Ashtech L-XII and a Trimble 4000 SSE have been used in the aircraft. The photoflight itself was controlled by the CCNS photoflight naviation system. Even caused by strong ionospheric disturbance highly accurate results of the GPS-projection center positions have been reached. The mean square discrepancy of up to +/- 6 cm in Z between the projection centers determined by controlled block adjustment and the GPS data after elimination of systematic differences is not only determined by the GPS values, the standard determination of the photogrammetric data cannot be neglected. The results of the combined bundle block adjustment based on just a few control points can be used also for precise point determination. Some problems with the kinematic GPS-positioning exist.
