Abstract
In the paper we introduce a system which makes the non- contact measurement without damnification into reality. The system is based on the optical triangulation measuring and the laser inspecting technology. It is designed more suitable for the situation of far distance and long measuring band in industrial control. We discuss the optical set up, the system geometry, and the layout electronic circuit in details. Also we present the measuring result of different kinds of surface. And the cylinder eccentricity measurement as an actual industrial appliance is discussed. At last some useful conclusions are drawn.
