Abstract
The spectra of gamma radiation, which have been obtained in experiments with electrons -1 GeV in diamond and silicon crystals were analyzed for possible revealing of the features resulted from certain types of the particle motion. The analysis of obtained results shows that the radiation spectra essentially depend on the character of a particle motion in a crystal. The experimental data are compared with the results of the modeling of the radiation processes of the electrons with taking into account the dynamic of their motion in crystals.
