We derive a set of spread spectrum sequences from chaotic dynamical system to support more simultaneous users for
OCDMA-WDM-PON system, named Two-level chaotic Logistic-map sequences. The BER performance of the proposed
scheme in comparison to conventional methods is investigated.
A novel scheme of optical access using OCDMA-PON is investigated to support large number of subscribers. Chaotic
sequence is proposed to be the spread spectrum sequence of OCDMA system for the first time. The number and length
of chaotic sequences are not restricted like conventional sequences. The performance of chaotic sequences is discussed.
