Michael Hackmann is a researcher with activities in design, modeling and fabrication of all-optical-fiber probes with tailored focal dimensions and their application in endoscopic imaging. He is a physicist from Germany, representing the Optical and Biomedical Engineering Laboratory at UWA in Australia. Michael has experience in optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging, non-linear optical lithography, holographic optical tweezing and generally in biophysical application. He holds Master of Science titles from the University of Münster in Germany, and the University of Seville in Spain.
