Optical physiotherapy system can bring effective treatment for skin diseases and arthritis. On the one hand, using artificial light such as infrared, ultraviolet, visible light or laser to irradiate the lesion area, local heating by light wave can improve tissue vitality, promote collagen production, and achieve the purpose of disease prevention and treatment. On the other hand, by feeding back light signals of specific bands to the human body, the imbalance function can be adjusted to health status. In this work, a uniform phototherapy system based on multi-band LED is designed, which integrates non-contact signs monitoring function. The purpose is to monitor the sleeping state of patients at the same time of optical physiotherapy, so as to evaluate the effect of phototherapy. The performance of the design is analyzed and found to be within the design acquirements. This work provides an effective and feasible scheme and treatment equipment for optical rehabilitation physiotherapy and other applications.
