Dr. Gongping Yang received his Bachelor degree in Computer and Application, Master and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Software and Theory from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 1992, 2001 and 2007, respectively. Since 2013, he has been a Professor in School of Software at Shandong University, Jinan, China. At present, he is a Senior member of CCF and CAAI, also serve as the Machine Learning Technical Committee of CAAI and Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Technical Committee of CCF. During the past several years, he has served as a program committee member/organization/program chair of several conferences and editorial board member of some academic journals.
