Abstract
The double power head directional drilling rig in coal mine uses the principle of casing protection to drill complex formation, which is mainly applied in the drilling construction of broken soft coal seam and broken rock strata such as fault and collapse column exploration. This paper describes the structure compositions and characteristics of double power head directional drilling rig and drilling device. The structural principle and characteristics of sliding double power head, clamp and shackle group, loading and unloading drill rod device and feeding device in drilling device are analyzed. At the same time, the electro-hydraulic control principle of drilling device and the control process of loading and unloading drill rod are analyzed. The drilling rig is suitable for rotary drilling, single drill rod directional drilling, dual-rod directional drilling and other drilling techniques, which is of great significance for developing new drilling technologies.
