Abstract
In order to expand allocation flexibility of regional electrical market, it’s important to design collaborative mechanisms in medium and long-term transaction. However, how to classify the transaction category and organize trading in multi-scale of time and space becomes difficult due to distinctive marketization for each kind of electricity. Thus, by a method of electricity division considering its competitiveness degree and regional structure of power supply and demand, this paper puts forward a set of regional medium and long-term electrical market mechanisms from aspects of transaction, organization, bridging, and settlement, which proves to be more flexible in allocation by the case of Yangtze River Delta regional market.
