Abstract
Aiming at the conflict between thermal design and maintainability design in aircraft cockpit, a fault diagnosis method of in-cabin environmental control integrated system is proposed. The emphasis is on the electric control system and the motor system of fan compressor. The electric control box adopts independent closed design, which is installed inside the device, in the same environment as the cabin, and placed on the circulating air channel, and the bottom is provided with cooling fins, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation of electrical components. The connection is completed by shielded twisted-pair cable, etc., and the relationship between heat dissipation design and electromagnetic compatibility design must be handled well. The electric scroll compressor is adopted, and the compressor motor adopts high-efficiency permanent magnet motor with centralized winding, which weakens the mutual inductance between phases and improves the motor efficiency. The rotor magnetic steel is made of NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet material, which has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, large output peak torque, fast response of control parameters, wide speed regulation range and accurate positioning.
