Abstract
Due to the increase in frequency and voltage level of switching devices, the impact of inrush voltage caused by stray inductance in power circuits is getting more and more attention. In the past, there are two main ideas in the stacked busbar stray inductance model, one is to establish the mathematical model of the overall stray inductance of the busbar by the analytical method through the electromagnetism method; the other is to establish the equivalent circuit model of the stray inductance through the partial inductance equivalence method (PEEC), and then use the circuit analysis method to determine the impact of the inductance of the various parts in order to evaluate the design of the busbar. In this paper, the design of a stacked busbar for a three-level DC converter is taken as the object of study, and through the analysis of the structural parameter model and the partial inductance equivalence matrix, a model is established to evaluate the electrical characteristics of the busbar from the structural parameters, and through the analysis of the demonstration, and through the algorithmic optimisation of the relevant structural parameters with the mathematical model as the objective function, a busbar with a low stray inductance and a low inrush voltage is designed, and the effectiveness of the design and the accuracy of the model are verified through experiments. The validity of the design and the accuracy of the model are verified through experiments.
