Abstract
According to the control requirements of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose etherification reaction section, this article optimized the control design of the traditional hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose etherification reaction processing system. Based on the high efficiency and convenience of S7-1200 PLC, an automated production plan was designed. By selecting its hardware and optimizing its program design, the TIA Portal software development platform was applied to effectively control the etherification reaction section in cellulose processing. This system can effectively improve the automation level of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose etherification reaction section, achieve efficiency improvement in its production process, and thus improve production quality and increase production scale.
