Abstract
The technical application of numerical on-load fatigue wear equipment is studied. The design, calculation and selection of the fatigue wear equipment with load are carried out through the analysis of the action and function requirements by adopting the mechatronics scheme, combining the motor frequency conversion and speed regulation technology, programmable logic controller technology, Modbus RTU communication technology, HMI man-machine interaction technology, synchronous belt transmission technology, Hall sensor speed measurement technology, etc. A complete set of mechanical transmission structure, electrical power supply and control logic is formed to realize the action and functions of fatigue wear equipment with load. Through the technical application of fatigue wear equipment with load, a set of mechatronics equipment is developed, which can be controlled by touch screen, read the wear state parameters in real time, and make judgment and execution by logic algorithm, which provides certain guiding significance for the application of modern fatigue wear equipment with load.
