Abstract
While the TDOA algorithm is used to locate the radio equipment in a small range, if the correlation function is used to estimate the time difference parameters, the positioning accuracy will be limited by the Cramero bounds of the time difference estimation accuracy. In this paper, a method is designed to calculate the precise time delay by using the phase change rate of the broadband channel scan signal to improve the accuracy of time difference extraction and location. However, because the signal delay is inconsistent in the broadband channel composed of simulators, channel calibration is required when using this method. Based on the above content, this paper introduces the broadband channel high-precision time difference positioning algorithm, and verifies the results through MATLAB simulation, proving the effectiveness of the algorithm.
