Abstract
The folding metal plate can effectively resolve the loading issue when transferring large engineering vehicles to and from the railway flat car. In order to realize the folding metal plate can be smoothly and efficiently deployed and withdrawn, the hydraulic system of the folding metal plate device is designed. The AMESim simulation platform is utilized to develop the hydraulic system model for the folding metal plate, and this model allows for an analysis of the correlation between the hydraulic cylinder piston displacement and the folding metal plate’s movement via simulation, enabling the verification of the system’s feasibility and optimize and improve the stability of the hydraulic cylinder flow.
