Abstract
The test and launch control system plays a crucial role in the field of launch vehicle system engineering. As technology advances and the demand for frequent, rapid, and cost-effective launches of launch vehicles increases, the test and launch control system has continuously evolved to achieve goals of reliability, intelligence, efficiency, and economic viability. This research focuses on addressing the requirements for miniaturization, lightweight design, standardization, and stringent environmental and electromagnetic compatibility in the next-generation launch vehicle test and launch control systems. It incorporates the design philosophy of Line Replaceable Modules (LRM) from advanced avionics systems, evaluates the existing LRM standards, and identifies areas where they are not fully utilized in launch vehicle test and launch control systems. This paper proposes optimized design improvements for LRM modules, including aspects such as electrical interfaces, structural protection, thermal management, and online administration. Furthermore, it presents a comprehensive design approach for key devices in the LRM-based test and launch control system, elaborating on hardware architecture, external communication, and power supply strategies. Overall, this research contributes to the advancement of new-generation launch vehicle test and launch control systems.
